Bournecoast are thrilled to present this five bedroom family home, located on a peaceful residential road in the sought-after Southbourne area. One of the standout features of this property is the unique Summer house for use as an indoor/outdoor entertaining space, providing an ideal area to relax in the day and evenings. The house is a short walk from the Southbourne cliff tops and then down on to the award winning sandy beaches. The popular Southbourne Grove is also just a short walk offering a wide range shopping facilities and eateries. Additionally, Southbourne Crossroads is nearby, offering a variety of shops, a takeaway and the renowned contemporary fine dining restaurant, Roots. This holiday home is ideal for family or friends looking to holiday together in a lovely location, in a beautiful family home.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This intriguing property comprises of five bedrooms. The master room is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and FLATSCREEN TV, which also boasts a dressing room and ensuite shower room with a toilet. Bedroom Two is also a Double Bedroom with a Double Bed. Bedrooms Three and Four are both Twin Bedrooms, whilst Bedroom Five is an additional Double Bedroom on the second floor.

The house benefits from two lounges, the first lounge has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with a FIRESTICK and boasts a log burner and patio doors leading to the garden. The second lounge also benefits from a FLATSCREEN TV with a FIRESTICK. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The modern open plan kitchen/diner includes a GAS HOB - TWO ELECTRIC OVENS - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. From the kitchen you will find a utility room with a WASHING MACHINE. The kitchen also has patio doors to the garden.

The family bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. There is an additional shower room with a toilet on the ground floor.

The garden boasts a patio area, complete with a table and chairs and a spacious lawn. A unique feature of this house is its large summer house, which is fully open on one side and enclosed on the other. Inside the summer house guests will be able to make use of the rattan furniture and FLATSCREEN SMART TV with a FIRESTICK.

There is space for two cars on the driveway, and the house also offers an ELECTRIC CHARGING POINT.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a slightly longer walk or a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, guests can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. The nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, with easy access via a land train to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away, where visitors can find historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre, and many other facilities. For those seeking a livelier atmosphere, Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also only a short drive away, where traditional seaside town activities can be enjoyed together with the high street shops.

Are you an adrenaline junkie? Or do you prefer a more relaxed pace? You can hike on the clifftops or freewheel gently along the prom. If you’d rather slow your pulse than get the blood pumping, you can spend your time just being pampered in one our spas. We’ve got golf courses, gyms and leisure centres, bowling lawns, tennis courts and the option to try beach sports. We find it’s easier to get motivated with the sand between your toes and sea views on the horizon! You don’t have to go very far for rippling waves and sparkling seas. Here you can take to your surfboard, kayak or paddleboard and get straight out onto the open water. You can bring your own equipment or hire it while you’re here. We’ve got a fabulous mix of shops – there are boutiques, department stores, designer brands and high street favourites. Our shops are close to the beach and surrounded by cafés and coffee shops. So, you can shop ‘til you drop or just pop in for holiday essentials. The area is well known for its bustling nightlife. There are cinemas, comedy clubs, theatres, casinos, nightclubs and plenty of places to catch live music. It’s hard to beat a sunny day on the beach but with a huge choice of gigs and shows in town, you’ll continue to be wowed long after the sun has gone down.
