Stunning 3-bed maisonette with private entrance near Hyde Park. This elegant home spans three floors, featuring a spacious lounge, modern kitchen, private terrace, master suite with dressing room and luxury bathroom, plus two more bright bedrooms and two further bathrooms. Located in Paddington with excellent transport links, shops, and cafés nearby—ideal for families or long-term London stays.

Perfect for up to 6 guests, the apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, central heating, air filtration, and air conditioning.

The living room is flooded with natural light from multiple southeast-facing windows, creating an airy and uplifting atmosphere. With its impressive high ceilings, the space oozes period grandeur with tasteful modern touches that blend seamlessly into the home’s overall ambience. A 55-inch Smart TV with internet access allows you to relax in comfort after a day exploring London.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and tableware.

The kitchen leads into a bright conservatory dining area, allowing in plenty of natural light. If a more private setting is preferred, electronic shades offer an instant transformation to a cosier dining experience. The adjoining small patio area provides fresh air and a tranquil spot to unwind.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is generously proportioned, offering picturesque views of tree-lined roads. It features high ceilings, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a two-person steam room.

The top floor offers two good-sized bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

- Key policy: Two sets of keys are provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a £100 replacement fee.

Exceptional flat with great accommodations. Everything is very clean and in great condition. A small walk to Paddington station is great for visiting all the major sights of central London. We stayed 4 nights with our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents and all were very comfortable. We had a small incident with our heating pad which caused some damage to the bedding. Danny was great and helped us resolve the issue quickly.

This flat is beautiful clean safe and was hassle free fun for my entire family - we brought my daughter to England so she can attend Cambridge and for the stay in London Danny and his team are 10 stars from the beautiful decor to the comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen - I HIGHLY recommend staying with Danny and his team!!!

We had a great stay in this gorgeous flat. Kitchen is extremely well-equipped and stylish to boot. Great AC for our summer stay as well. The flat is extremely convenient to Praed St shops/groceries and Paddington Station as well. Couldn’t ask for anything more - highly recommend staying here.

This is an extraordinary newly renovated property full of luxe touches that make you ooh and aah. (Steam shower plus soaking tub, tons of closet space, two extra half baths, beautiful design, new windows, video doorbell, digital heat/ac controls in each room, high end appliances and lighting, lovely kitchen/dining equipment.) For those with heavy bags, there’s only a half step to get into the ground floor. There are steps to all the other floors. Danny was super responsive, professional, and kind. The neighborhood is low key with easy access to groceries, plus bus and train lines (including Heathrow Express to Paddington). This would be a great place for a girls/couples or family vacation—we found it easy to do sightseeing but also a cozy place to stay home and cook and hang out. You can close off the living/kitchen/dining area for sound privacy. The primary bedroom/dressing/bath is one whole floor and very private. Laundry was easy to do. Bedrooms are spacious. My girlfriends now want to do a London trip just to stay here. I feel very lucky it was available last minute as we had to extend our trip due to storms back home. This is by far the nicest short term rental I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in some great ones. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own amazing London home?

This is a beautiful property and very well appointed. The host was attentive, and the location was very convenient. Our family of four stayed here for a week and were very comfortable! Having laundry facilities was a huge plus. I would book here again the next time we stay in London.
