Vervollkommnen Sie für eine einzelne Person, ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Voll ausgestattete Küche für den anspruchsvollen Koch. Sie werden die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels in einer gated freundlichen Nachbarschaft haben. Dirty and run down....no good

This could be a great place to stay in a truly lovely part of SoCo, but it needs a full re-do. Everything was sub-par. Dirty rugs, incomplete, clunky and dirty kitchen wear, a laughably bad sofa, bed linens that smelled horrible and a floor I was afraid we’d fall through. Eager to return to Dana / Laguna, just never again here.

We are so sorry you felt your vacation was subpar. Unfortunately our cleaner who has been with us for over 10 years was out sick. We had to use another cleaning service ( who we will never use again). It would have been really helpful if you would have let me know about this situation so I could have remedied it for you at the time. I’m a little confused about the sleeper sofas it is only 1 year old. Our goal is always to provide excellent service and value as evidenced by all our other positive reviews. I apologize again.

Awesome apartment on gated community

I absolutely loved the place. It is located in a gated community that let's you sleep in peace. You enter the door by entering a code as oppose to having a key...so you can't misplace the key or have to bother keeping it secure at the beach. Furthermore the condo has all the amenities you need and even two bodyboards for anyone wanting to hit the beautiful beaches and it's variety of waves in and around Dana Point. The condo is fairly close to the beach but the complex has a pool as well for anyone not wanting to hit the beautiful Cali beaches. And believe me when I say that Dana Point is a fabulous beach town, as are Newport and Laguna Beach. But DP beats both in my opinion. Cynthia Carol is very nice, dependable and answers quickly. This has been my second stay with her and I can't find anything to complain about. Anytime again! Go check this place out for yourselves.

Condo was very clean, walking distance to store and beach walk. Very close to our grandkids. Easy to get to Laguna and San Clemente. We have stayed at Ritz Point and this was top of list.

Enjoyable Stay

The condo was nice, perfect for a couple, with a fully functional kitchen. Cynthia was prompt in her replies to e-mail questions we had during our stay. The Ritz Pointe properties have their own walking path to Monarch Beach and it was the perfect location for us to explore the area. We loved our stay!

Sweet Retreat

As its "Petite Retreat" names implies, this small but delightful condo is a great place to getaway to, for some days of R&R. The gated community provides security and ensures a quiet stay. The walk to Monarch Beach is especially pleasant and a reasonable distance. Cynthia was very prompt in response to questions and our stay was great with no surprises. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant value for the rates in a nice location

This is a clean property, modestly furnished and good value for the location. The King size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable plus a hide-a-bed couch in the living room that was your typical hide-a-bed comfort level. The kitchen supplies are not quite chef ready as the listing says but they were definitely sufficient for our quiet family of four. Check in was easy with the instructions provided, and the security guard at the gated entrance was ready for us with a paper we took and then showed each time we entered the property. The security deposit and refund process went smoothly. In the top, third floor in a quiet location, it was a pleasant place to stay.

All the comforts of home

Cynthia's place was fantastic with all the comforts of home. The king size bed was really comfortable. I appreciated all the nice linens, especially the giant bath towels. The washer and dryer came in handy after spending the day deep sea fishing. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to other visits in the future.

Delightful. Convenient location. Very peaceful.

We spent five lovely nights at the "Petite Retreat". The king size bed bed was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed as far as amenities. The hot tub with gorgeous ocean views was a short walk away and we spent several mornings there sunning and relaxing. The property grounds are beautiful and the community is very private. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

I couldn’t think of a better location for the condo to be in. We walked to the beach almost every day we were there. Everything else was within a reasonable driving distance. The condo itself is nice and in a well kept community. My family and I would stay there again next time!

Great One Bedroom

This unit is on the top floor so very quiet. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The owner is easy to work with and our deposit was refunded within a week. I really like this location as it is close to the beach and shopping. The complex is beautiful and secure. It's just a great place to relax and enjoy the area.

Spotless and Relaxing

My husband and I were unsure about staying in a 1 bedroom unit...(close quarters) for a few weeks. However, the cozy “petite retreat” is just that. A quiet unit on the top floor with a nice deck, an umbrella for sunny afternoons addd to the lovely ambiance. The new king size bed, fluffy towels and great bedding made our experience perfect. The unit and how they sell it online is accurate. Most importantly, the accommodations were spotless, well appointed and conveniently located to Laguna Niguel and Dana Pointe. The walk to Monarch beach is amazing and semi busy with other walking enthusiasts, dogs and human alike!!! Cynthia is a great communicator and will go above and beyond to ensure your experience exceeds your expectations.

Petite Retreat

Very comfortable 1 bedroom condo on 3rd floor of a very secure and safe complex. Fully stocked kitchen. Great space for 2 people and central to everything. Clean linens, towels, place. The owner, Ms Carol, responds quickly and took care of all our questions. Mind you, there is no elevator, but makes for a great workout and the views from the porch overlook the other condos but location more than makes up for that. Spend time visiting Dana Point, Laguna, beaches and come home to a comfy, cozy abode. Peace & Thanks, Ms Carol.
