To the rear, a west-facing balcony offers sea views across The Solent to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth — the perfect spot to unwind with a drink as the sun sets. At the front of the property, a full-width balcony overlooks the communal landscaped gardens and beach, providing a tranquil space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

Inside, the property features a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area that features sliding doors opening onto the rear balcony, creating an ideal setting for meals al fresco after a day exploring the local coastline and countryside. The first-floor living room also opens onto a balcony and boasts wonderful sea views.
The Beach House sleeps up to five guests across two comfortable bedrooms: a second-floor room with a super king bed featuring stunning sea views, and a ground-floor double room with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms benefit from modern ensuite bathrooms. In the super king bedroom, you will find an ensuite with shower, bath and w/c, and in the ground floor bedroom there is an ensuite shower and w/c. The Beach House also has an additional w/c on the ground floor for added convenience.

The Beach House is dog friendly, with one well-behaved, adult dog (small to medium size) welcome. Guests can enjoy a small private garden, as well as access to communal lawned gardens, complete with a boat ramp.
