- The establishment is entirely non-smoking; The balcony is the only area where smoking is permitted. Any guest caught smoking or having smoked inside the property will incure a fine of €200.

- Check-in: between 3 PM and 7 PM; Check-out: by 10 AM. Arrival and departure times can be adjusted if discussed with us in advance. Any late check-in after 7 PM will incur a fee of €15, payable in cash or by card at check-in.
- Only those listed at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the property. for example: If you select 4 guests when you book, only 4 guests can check-in and stay.
- We do not accept reservations made by someone for a friend or family member. The friend or family member should do the booking himself/herself.
- Guest registration: To ensure safety and comply with local legislation, all guests must be registered upon arrival. Please have your passport or ID ready for this process.
- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed. Additionally, outside visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host. If you are found to have let in a guest or friend who is not registered into the property without our approval, you will be requested to leave immediatly without compensation or refund.
- In accordance with Moroccan legislation, specifically Article 490, we cannot accommodate unmarried couples if one partner is of Moroccan nationality, unless a valid marriage certificate is presented.
- As a guest, you agree to respect Moroccan law and understand that these laws may differ from those in your country.
- Guests whose behavior is disrespectful to the neighbors or violates Moroccan law may be asked to leave without compensation or refund. This ensures a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
- Please keep the kitchen clean when you use it and wash any dishes and throw any trash before leaving. If this rule is broken, a 20€ extra cleaning fee will be requested from you to pay.
- Quite hours start at 10pm. Please do not put any loud music, loud talking or put the TV very loud after this time.
