Schöner Strand Haus mit vielen Terrassen für das Leben im Freien und offenen Wohn so die ganze Bande zusammen mit pently der Raum sein.

Surf City ist eine lebendige Strandgemeinschaft im Herzen des historischen Topsail Island. Die Strände sind wunderschön und immer ein wunderbarer Weg, um den Tag zu verbringen. 'NANA'S DREAM "Beach House ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand Zugang. Topsail Beach und North Topsail Beach auf der Insel mit leichtem Zugang. Für diejenigen mit einer Fackel für die größere Stadt, die beide Jacksonville und Wilmington sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrt.

Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Kabel-Farb-TV mit DVD-Player. Es gibt auch einen TV in jedem der anderen Schlafzimmer. Es gibt Puzzles zu arbeiten und Bücher zu lesen.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over 4th of July week. The front and back porches are a great asset to the house. The road indeed can be very busy and loud, but never served as an issue for us. The walk to the beach was a breeze with our kids and a wagon to tote belongings. At night you could hear the waves from the front porches. The outdoor shower around back was great for quick rinses. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Always a Dream!

This is our 3rd time on the island and our 3rd time staying at Nana’s Dream! Each year my review is the same AMAZING! There is so much space for our family, the view from the front and back decks are great, a very short walk to the beach, the kitchen is stocked full with every utensil, dish or pot you need to cook, and Lynne is very nice and responds quickly! Surf City is a beautiful place and this house is perfect for us! We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Great Beach Stay

We were very pleased with our stay at Nana's Dream. The home was very clean and the owner made it easy to check in or contact her if needed. The beach was easily accessible from this home with an ocean view from across the street. Very nice stay!

Great for Family Beach Vacation

A lovely open floor plan house with good views. Close to public beach access, shipping and restaurants. The only drawback is it is on a very busy street. We will stay again.

Great place, great location

My family had a great time here. It's a quick walk to the beach. The owner was very accommodating. It was raining during a good portion of our stay, and the owner offered a later checkout time so we could have more time on the beach when it was sunny.

The property was exactly what we expected and very accurately represented in the listing. Fantastic first ever beach trip with my family! Highly recommend Nana’s! The owner was extremely helpful and upfront with all the rules and policies. Beautiful home! Such a relaxing vacation! Mini reunion

2 yrs since seeing the grands and 14yrs missing our Topsail vacations. Nana's Dream was the perfect home away from home to meet up and enjoy the beach. Clean, well-equipped, easy access & communication, short walk to uncrowded beach just north of Surf City. Short drive to Wilmington, Kure Beach and Southport for more sightseeing. Great stay

Cute place that’s close to the beach and everything else. Grocery stores are about 10 minutes away. The house was clean and well maintained. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach by walking and since the house sits on the busy road you do hear the traffic noise and loud cars at night as well but other than that it’s a great stay.

Lovely, Light-filled Beach Home

Nana's Dream was the perfect spot for our long weekend at the beach. The rooms were light-filled, clean and tastefully decorated. Nice bedspreads, silverware and quality cookware are important to me when I choose a rental and Nana's Dream did not disappoint. The only problem we had was deciding which view to enjoy, the marsh or the ocean. Sunsets over the marsh were a highlight. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

It was a wonderful week

Myself, my daughter, son and niece all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. Loved especially the sunsets outback and sunrises out front. Our favorite thing I would say was the location. To be able to see the ocean from both front decks and have just a short walk to the beach every day was phenomenal. I contacted Lynne a couple times with some questions and she was very quick to answer back. We would absolutely come back again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic House, Fantastic Location

Our family of 4 stayed here and the house was terrific. There was more than enough room and having 2-1/2 baths was great. The location could not be beat. It was a short two block walk to the beach. Both decks have great views and we spent most of our evenings on the upper deck enjoying the breeze. Restaurants and stores were a short drive away. Lynne was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive to my questions which was great considering we traveled during the pandemic. She was able to keep us up to date on the local situation so we knew if it was worthwhile to travel at all. This place was definitely worth the stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great break at the ocean Lynne!!!

A Real Dream

My family would highly recommend this home! It is the first rental in more than 5 years that we did not spend our first arrival hours disinfecting. Even the beds were made! We did not feel the need to wear socks while in the home and comfortable leaving our shoes on the front deck. The rooms were comfortable (not crammed with beds); linens were cleaned (no stains or holes); and mattresses did not feel “used”. The furnishings and throughout the home were in great shape and well maintained. The home felt warm and inviting without clutter. The owner called shortly our arrival to confirm the home met our expectations and left her personal contact numbers with a sincere invite to call if we needed anything. The house has wonderful, unobstructed views of the beach and canal. Beach access was just a short walk even with beach chairs. The few rainy days we experienced did not ruin this trip because we felt at home.

Memorable Weekend!

What a wonderful find! My friends and I rented Nana's Dream for a wedding that we were coming into town for. We had considered hotels on the island and in Willmington, but the idea of looking for a cute beach house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and room to stretch out and enjoy the weekend sounded much more pleasing. The location was perfect, we could literally walk across the street to the beach and enjoy some of the local bars and attractions within walking or bike riding distance. The beautiful weather that weekend lent itself to a fun bbq for the bride and groom's family to come enjoy on our deck, too. It was the perfect space for us to use getting ready for the wedding, and an even better space for teh 20 or so people we entertained the next day after the wedding. All of us were raving the whole weekend about how glad we were that we had been able to make a wedding weekend into a memorable retreat and reunion for six college friends that have been spread to the four corners of the earth. The family who owns the home was also very easy to work with, and they made the business end enjoyable as well, so there was nothing to spoil our fun. If we ever head back to topsail for any other fun weekends, you can bet this will be our first choice of accomidations. Just beautiful!

Hello, I am 'Nana's' daughter. I live in Graham, NC which is about 3 hours from the beach. My husband and I are continuing 'Nana's Dream'. We have one daughter who is married and one son. We also have a wonderful grandson and beautiful granddaughter. We love spending time at the beach with the family. Nana has now passed and we do miss her being with us. Her favorite thing to do while at the house was to read while sitting on the top porch and catching the breezes and watching the ocean.

We fell in love with Surf City more than 40 years ago, when there wasn't very much on the island. My mother always dreamed of owning a house here. She sold her family home to buy this beach house and when looking we knew right off that it was the one for her. Her family home was the Jones family home and this beach house sits at the end of Jones St.

Along with my family and friends, I love to spend lazy days on the beach or reading a good book on one of the porchs. I hope that you will love to spend some lazy days enjoying my second home as much as I do.
