The house has 3 independent levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, big terraces with sea view, Cycladic style garden. Can accommodate till 8 persons.
Unlike other holiday villas, this one was originally built as the family’s summer residence, combining top-of-the-line standards with a homely feel throughout.

Each level is totally interdependent with separate entrance. There is no inside connection between the levels. (Traditional style)

Location
The villa is located in the North-East side of Paros Island, in the Santa Maria area which is the most beautiful part of the island, and the area is also designated as “Natura 2000” due to its exceptional beauty and the rare species of plants and birds that living there.
The house is just 5 Km from the town of Naousa (the most beautiful and cosmopolitan town of Paros), 14km from the Port Of Paroikia, 20km from the airport.
A car is necessary due to the location of the villa. There is bus service from 9:00 to 20:00 every hour to Naousa in a distance of 600m.
The villa is located meters away from the Seaside with an exceptional view on the Aegean Sea. Is actually in the Centre of the Aegean and from the terraces you can see 7 islands (Syros, Tinos, Delos, Mykonos, Naxos, Irakleia, Ios) plus 4 small ones just in front of the house.
The villa is surrounded by a typical private Cycladic garden 1000 sm, with Palm Trees, cactus, levanter etc.

The Villa has 3 levels independent from each other.
Entrance Level:
A big Terrace covered with a big bougainvillea plant, totally protected from the wind, with view to the garden, and a 8 seats (min) dining table.
Living /Dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen, with sea view through 2 doors and 4 windows.
The Living Room with a 3 seat sofa 2 armchairs and 4 chairs in a white color scheme, with soft cream wood style floor.
A Full HD TV with USB input, DVD player, Hi-Fi system with USB input as well and a collection of DVD’s and CD’s.
The dining table is for 8 persons, plus the possibility to have your meals on the terraces where there are other tables.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, four -ring ceramic hob, electric oven, big dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and with all necessary cooking utensils, plus service for 12 persons
Also there is an electric BBQ for outside use.

Beaches
In 150m there is a beautiful beach without any facilities called Palio Karnagio (Walking distance 5min).
In 1km (15min walking distance) is the Mikri Santa Maria beach with facilities, umbrellas etc, cafe, bar, and snack service available on the beach.
In 2Km there is the Santa Maria beach very popular among the younger people.
In 2.5km is the Lagery beach, a really wonderful place where nudism is allowed.
In a 15-30 min drive you can reach all the other beautiful beaches of Paros.
Restaurants, Bars
Three restaurants in Mikri Santa Maria (5min Driving) (Dixti, Katsounas, Mikri Santa) and a snack bar.
“Siparos” rest in 8min driving.
Naousa in 15min driving with plenty of restaurants, café, bars, night clubs and a cosmopolitan night life through the night.
Also there are many delivery services in Naousa who can deliver to the house .
