There is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3.6 miles, pub in 3.4 miles, river in 0.9 miles, and beach in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. 10 The Gardens is a lovely base for a Devon getaway. Note: A welcome hamper will be provided for your arrival.
