Originally built in the eighteenth century as a corn mill, it's had a varied history since including being as a workshop for the production of school writing slates. Indeed, the shoreline is still mostly made up of offcuts of these slates. Industry, and the ferry to the mainland, has long since come to an end at Pwllfanogl, leaving it as a peaceful and hidden creek where the world seems to have stood still and only a handful of waterside cottages remain.

You'll find cosy living spaces as well as huge vaulted ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen and six inviting bedrooms – all designed to help you relax and feel at home.
