The fully equipped kitchen includes a nespresso coffee machine with an array of pods and a dining space with a dining table, perfect for shared meals or laid-back catch-ups. Across from this, the cozy lounge area is designed with relaxation in mind, a L shaped sofa and inviting décor make it the ideal spot to sit back and unwind after a day at the beach or to simply enjoy quiet moments indoors.

The double bedroom features a plush king-size bed with a top of the range TEMPUR mattress, ensuring you get the best night's sleep, along with all the essentials you may need. The bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower, modern and bright design, perfect for starting the day or getting ready for a night out. Fresh, high-quality bedding, towels, and thoughtful toiletries ensure your stay is effortless and comfortable.

Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, so you can get straight into your favourite movies and shows. The lounge area also has a selection of board games and books, perfect for a cosy night in or rainy days. This is a perfect space for all your needs, whether that’s a quiet comfortable working space, a place to unwind, or spend quality time with a loved one. Plus, with USB charging sockets throughout and underfloor heating, every comfort is covered.
*In the hallway utility cupboard, we have two beach towels and chairs for your use.

Plus, guests have 24/7 access to the residents-only gym, perfect for staying on track with your fitness routine while you’re away. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained, secure building with video doorbell entry and lift access to all floors. A concierge service is available to assist with any queries or special requests. Currently available from 9-5.

The Atria Apartment is in an unbeatable location, just a short walk from the Ramsgate Royal Harbour and the town's stunning sandy beach. Spend your days soaking up the sea breeze, or explore the local cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops along the seafront. Waitrose is our neighbour, making it easy to pick up essentials. Beyond Ramsgate, there are so many places to explore, from the charming coastal towns of Margate and Broadstairs, to the historic beauty of Canterbury, the White Cliffs of Dover, and quick day trips to London and Europe.
🚗 Parking & Transportation
Free parking is available on nearby streets, with plenty of paid options just a short walk away. Ramsgate train station is less than a mile from the apartment, offering high-speed trains that get you to London in under 70 minutes. Local buses provide easy access to nearby destinations, and London airports are conveniently reachable, making it the perfect base for both work and leisure.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay, along with 24/7 use of the residents-only gym.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in/out: Check-in begins at 3pm until 9pm, please contact to arrange for a later check in time. Check-out is by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, please contact to arrange for fees and availability.
Accessibility: There is disabled access to the side of the building, this would need to be arranged beforehand to ensure the use of this entrance. The lift is located next to the disabled access. There is one step at the main entrance, followed by two small steps in the hallway before reaching the lift. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about accessibility.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbours, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum, particularly between 10pm - 7am.
No Smoking: Please note that the apartment is smoke-free, including e-cigarettes and vaping.
Pets: Please get in contact regarding your requirements.
Parties & Events: We have a no-party policy in place to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, with weekly cleaning available for longer visits.
*If you require an additonal clean during your stay including fresh linens and towels, please message us to arrange. An additional fee of £35 will be added to your stay.
