Independent apartment/house which is the whole top floor of a vila, owners live on the ground floor.
Simple but confortable with lots of light, Air Conditioning in the bedroom, Private large terrace/veranda shaded during most of the day by a large pinetree, with a mobile barbecue grill for your use, table and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors. Swimming pool and deck downstairs, just steps away.

Property details:
Country house situated on the top floor of a villa. Access by exterior stairs which lead to a small terrace and entrance to the apt/house (60m2), One bedroom with access to the entrance veranda by sliding glass door, with a double size bed, built in wardrobe, and bureau.
Living area with possibility to sleep 1 or 2 more persons on twin size beds (1 drawer bed the other on top), couch, television, kitchenette type kitchen, equipped with a small 2 place induction stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hand mixer, pots and pans, dishes and all necessary utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free WI-Fi.
Large terrace/veranda shaded by a large pinetree with a table and garden chairs (seats 4) & a mobile barbecue for your use.
WC with shower (no bathtub) and water heating by solar energy.
Surrounding area: green spaces with cactuses, pine trees, fruit trees and (natural) garden, with an old water tank converted into a swimming pool 4x5 meter and 1,70m deep with a wooden deck and chairs to relax on after swimming.
Access to the house by a private road 150m from a local street and about 600m from the national road.
Owners live on the ground floor.
The house will be clean for your arrival. We do not do daily cleaning.

Guests have access to the whole 1st floor, and all open exterior places including the pool
