The apartment is located in a well-served area: from Via Borgese in a few minutes you can reach the Milan Fair, the iconic City Life district and the Rho Fair. From the nearby Corso Sempione you can easily reach the centre, while from Piazza Firenze (connection point between Viale Certosa and Corso Sempione) there are trams to the main areas of Milan. At 500 meters there is an important shopping center and the renowned St Louis International School a short distance away.

We then find the separate kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, dishwasher, microwave, and table for 4 people with access to a second balcony.
The first bedroom includes a French bed, a large 3-door wardrobe, and a desk with a chair.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds with bedside tables, a large 3-door wardrobe, a desk with chair, and has access to a comfortable balcony
The large bathroom with a window is complete with a hydromassage tub, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and an ultra-fast internet connection.
