A simple but well-kept apartment, ideal for those seeking authenticity, comfort and the pleasure of living outdoors thanks to the two splendid private terraces.

The house is located along the main street, right in front of the recently renovated Town Hall square. Here you can breathe the real Sicily: the voices of the people, the children playing, the conversations in the bars, the sounds of the street and the neighborhood life that flows between tradition and everyday life. Beyond the square, the seafront awaits you, with beaches, pastry shops, restaurants and evening walks that become increasingly lively as you approach the most touristic part of Naxos.

The terraces:

The main terrace opens onto the wonderful sea of ​​Giardini Naxos, visible already crossing the front door. A space to live at any time of the day: breakfasts with a view, lunches and dinners outdoors, aperitifs at sunset, moments of relaxation upon returning from the beach.

The back terrace, more intimate and private, overlooks the railway tracks and is perfect for a refreshing shower after the beach or for an informal barbecue under the stars, thanks to the practical barbecue.

The new fixtures ensure a quiet and comfortable environment, despite the liveliness of the center.

The apartment is on the second floor (without elevator) and is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
