➞The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep!
➞ The house offers premium quality high thread count fresh white linen for you to sink into after a long day of working, or leisure.
➞ We provide linen, towels as well as tea & coffee to make your mornings more enjoyable.
➞ The house is fully equipped and furnished.

Getting Around:
It is a 20 minute bus journey into central Newcastle with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are a number of amenities, including bars and supermarkets in the local area surrounding the property. It's a 10 minute drive to St James' Park. Free parking is available at the property.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
