The accommodation features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV, illuminated by a large sliding window that opens onto the spacious terrace and the lush surrounding forest. Outside, guests can unwind while immersed in the sounds of nature or enjoy pleasant moments around the large dining table provided. The modern kitchen, overlooking the dining area and separated by a breakfast bar with stools, is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and prepared to meet every need. The sleeping area includes three spacious double bedrooms, furnished in a minimalist style with warm wooden details and large windows that open onto the natural landscape. The sloped wooden ceiling, a key feature of the home’s interior, enhances the sense of peace and intimacy, further emphasized by the soft lighting. The accommodation is completed by two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—designed to meet all guest needs.



The property is just a short walk from the renowned diving spots in the Verzasca River. It features a dedicated area for storing oxygen tanks and diving equipment, providing enthusiasts with a convenient and functional base for a perfect diving experience.



The apartment includes a private parking spot along the road.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway, take the exit toward Locarno and continue on Via Cantonale/Route 13. Turn onto Via Valle Verzasca and follow GPS directions to reach the apartment in about 10 minutes.

By train, from Tenero station, take bus No. 321 towards Sonogno and get off at the \"Lavertezzo, Ai Poss\" stop (15 stops, approximately 26 minutes), right in front of the accommodation.
