Welcome travellers to our cosy apartment situated in the heart of Marsaxlokk, the perfect home away from home! The village is well-known for it's authentic Maltese lifestyle!
The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and 2 inviting bedrooms, making it perfect for both long & short term rentals.
Experience the magic of this village and the beautiful views it offers! Wifi & AC available throughout he whole stay.

Living Spaces | As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a large living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. The TV also connects to Netflix, in case you want to catch up on your favourite shows or wish to have a cosy night in. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa, for guests to relax after long days exploring the island.
Outdoor | If you wish to enjoy the summer breeze or have your meals outside, you can opt to choose the back terrace complete with a dining table.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Perfect for short and long stays. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, which can easily fit all guests.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and the other with 2 Single beds.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
Easy access to main city centre, fishing market, supermarkets and bus stations to access Valletta and other main attractions no the island.

Very important notes before booking:
- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
