Diese 3-stöckige Wohnung befindet sich im Lulu City Komplex in der Stadt Telluride. Auf der Hauptebene der Wohnung ist die offene Küche, Ess-und Wohnbereich. Es gibt auch ein komplettes Badezimmer auf dieser Hauptebene sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Oberhalb des Wohnraums befindet sich ein Loft, das sich ideal als Kinderbereich eignet und mit zusätzlichen Betten, Lovesac-Loungetasche, Flachbildfernseher und einer Spielekonsole ausgestattet ist. Auf der unteren Ebene des Hauses befindet sich ein Gästezimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett. Das Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.

Lulu City 6F ist leicht zu Fuß zum Coonskin Sessellift (Lift 7) und ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Colorado Avenue (Main St), zu Fuß in einem gemächlichen Tempo. Clark's Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nur einen Steinwurf von dieser Wohnung entfernt. Der Lulu City Komplex befindet sich auch auf dem kostenlosen Shuttlebus Galloping Goose.

We stayed at another location managed by this lodging company since this home was no longer available. We had a lovely time and the location couldn’t have been more perfect!

Well-appointed condo in great location

A great space in a great location for a week long ski trip. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was key as restaurants were only doing curbside pick-up during our visit. Quick walk to the lift and a manageable walk into town.

Spring Break

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved that it was close to the golden goose bus stop. The parking garage was great to keep our car out of the elements. Kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals. Bathroom toiletries were great. Beds were comfortable too! My kids loved sleeping in the loft.

Clean and suitable for the group we brought. Parking was a bit of a pain, but was stated that only a single car was allowed. We parked on the road which worked out ok. Staff was responsive when issues arose and otherwise a fine stay right at the Coonskin lift.

Something for Everyone

Well stocked updated kitchen, updated bathrooms. Comfortable beds. TVs in the bedrooms. Upstairs loft perfect for our grand daughter. She loved the pool too. Close enough to town for a 10 minute walk. Nearby creek. I reported a couple issues that need to be improved; Lily was responsive. The family all enjoyed the games. Thanks!

Great Telluride condo!

We stayed here for three nights in September and had the best time. Kids (4 and 9) loved the bunk beds and loft upstairs. Kitchen was spotless and very well stocked. Lists of local eateries, hikes, etc. we’re left for us and very useful. Walkable to any location in town, but also close to the bus that makes loops every twenty minutes. Only area I see for improvement is that the inside door have a lock or deadbolt. We felt safe and secure inside since you enter via a long code, but our toddler was able to open the door from the inside on his own and walk out which made us nervous. Overall, fantastic place and hope to return!

Best of Telluride

Experience the best of Telluride in this charming condo in a perfect location. A short walk to the ski lift. Quick stroll to Clark's Market for groceries. The rest of the town and its amenities are a bit longer (5-10 minutes walk) but very accessible. No need for a car at all. High marks for cleanliness, comfort, and conveniences (kitchen well stocked). Looks just like the pictures. Great shared pool and hot tub, too. A special shout out to the property manager who helped me with a (non-property related) issue big time and was extremely responsive to my text messages. Can't go wrong here if you are bringing a group of 5+ to Telluride.

Great little place

The place was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed, and in a great location. We were impressed with some of the amenities offered in the home as well, especially the welcome amenity of wine and local coffee. It did get quite warm in the loft, but there was a fan in the downstairs closet that helped a little. The lower level bathroom was also located in the queen bedded room rather than in the hall for both bedrooms downstairs to access. The floorplan is intimate, but great for a close group of friends or family. There was no "pantry" in which to place food items, but we found some space in the bar/cabinet under the spiral staircase. Overall we were very impressed and happy with the space, and would definitely consider a return visit.

Walkable to ski lift!

Very cute, well decorated property that is a short walk to lift 7. It’s also an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you’d need. The loft upstairs is cute and fun for kids. Downstairs are the two bedrooms. One has a bathroom in the bedroom, so if you’re in the second bedroom you either have to walk up a steep set of stairs to use a bathroom at night, or go into the second bedroom. We saw that the hot tub was closed due to Covid mandates, which is understanding. But those mandates were lifted 2 weeks before we arrived so we were looking forward to using the hot tub. No luck, as it was being repaired and seemed out of use indefinitely. It would have been nice to get a note from the host about that. They also didn’t respond to a question about parking that we had, so they don’t seem very responsive. But otherwise a great stay.

Thank you for the review and being great guests! This property really has an amazing view and is in a convenient location especially for skiing. Sorry about not replying to your message regarding parking. I now see it got buried between our informative automated messages and we mistakenly missed it. The hot tub was originally closed to covid and the property management decided to take that time to do a major over haul of improvements and the project is lasting longer than planned. It is getting close to completion! We have been diligently trying to make sure all guests at this property and any other are informed of closed hot tubs and any other changes that have happened lately. Please know that we take pride in our professional communication to our guests and are very sorry you were missed.

Perfect fit for family with kids

Great location on edge of Telluride with quick access to Galloping Goose stops. Was a perfect location for our family plus Grammy, as we visited for a busy mountaintop wedding weekend. Kids loved that the loft was set up perfectly for them with bunk beds and, BONUS, a Play Station!!! Kitchen was one of the best appointed rentals we’ve ever had! Note: allotted parking spot is for a compact car (but easily found street parking).

Could have stayed there forever :)

We loved our stay in Telluride. The property has everything you need to cook, great towels and toiletries, and an awesome location to explore Telluride. My daughter and I found lift 7 to be a great place to start and end our ski day. The rest of the family typically started from the Gondola since they didn’t feel comfortable skiing down the mountain. Would return to this property anytime.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
