Thanks to the proximity of the A1 motorway and the Chiusi or Fabro railway station, both Florence and Rome are easily reachable. Close to the property are the lovely towns of Citta della Pieve and Monteleone, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars for an authentic Italian lifestyle. The Unesco site of the splendid Val d'Orcia is just on the other side of the valley and here there are magnificent spa towns such as San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni Vignoni and Chianciano Terme, all close at hand to spend a relaxing day . Villa Olivo is a historic building with a lot of charming elements which you can see in the ancient stones, cotto floor and wooden beams. The main building used to be a monastery for monks traveling to and from Rome. Some of the old elements are very nicely incorporated in the renovated villa, especially in the kitchen which is one of the characteristic areas of the house, with its large brick vault.
The living room is spacious, with comfortable sofas and a large television with apple tv. The elegant and open-space living room is characterized by a traditional fireplace, cotto floor, high beamed ceiling, which perfectly match modern elements with a country-style atmosphere.
The living room is directly connected to the bright dining room, giving a full view of the area due to its large windows all around which make you feel fully immersed in the beautiful landscape. The main building includes 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
The large bedroom on the ground floor overlooks a beautiful garden with a fountain. It has a king size bed, huge closets and direct access to the large bathroom.
The second bedroom in the main building also has a double king size bed, with access to a beautiful terrace overlooking Citta Della Pieve. The third bedroom is in the penthouse, a spacious room with a king size bed, beautiful views all around, and a very large ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
A second living room is present on the first floor of the main building. The room has comfortable sofas (one of which can be turned into a double bed), as well as a television with apple tv.

A lovely annex includes a small kitchenette, two comfortable single beds, that can be made into a large king size bed, and a fourth small bathroom with shower. This annex is perfect for a couple who want privacy and easy access without stairs.
