The dining room provides ample space for shared meals, while the property benefits from two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, an additional sitting room, a snug, and a conservatory with bar area. The six bedrooms consist of a super‑king‑size with TV, electric fire and en‑suite walk‑in shower with handheld shower, basin and WC; a second‑floor king‑size with en‑suite walk‑in shower with handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC; a double; two doubles with TVs; and a twin. A bathroom offers a bath with handheld shower, walk‑in shower, basin and WC, and there is a further shower room with walk‑in shower, handheld shower, double basin, heated towel rail and WC, plus a cloakroom with basin. Outside, you will find ample off‑road parking on a private driveway, alongside a rear multi‑level garden with patio, lawn, furniture, sun loungers and a hot tub, plus access to a tennis court. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well‑behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.6 miles, river and lake 1.4 miles. The market towns of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley are nearby, and Haworth which was made famous by the Bronte sisters. The award-winning Woodland Spa and Bertrams Restaurant are only 2.7 miles away where you can relax and sooth those aching muscles after walking and enjoy excellent fare. The Kettledrum Inn Cliviger and the Hare and Hounds at Briercliffe are good eating places nearby but it is always best to book before to avoid disappointment.
