Dear Wilko, thank you very much for your review and for your kind words about the house. We are glad to hear that you found it clean, comfortable, and of good quality, and that you would recommend it. Regarding parking, we always provide detailed instructions in advance: guests can use either the private garagethe residence parking area, depending on availability and the specific apartment. We do our best to make arrival and parking as smooth as possible. If you experienced any inconvenience with neighbours during your stay, we are sorry to hear that. However, we were not informed at the time, and therefore were not able to interveneassist you directly. We always encourage our guests to contact us immediately during their stay so we can help resolve any issue in real time. We also take note of your feedback regarding the registration process. This is required for legal and security reasons in accordance with local regulations, and we always aim to keep it as clear and efficient as possible. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future. Kind regards, Marta Regarda Travel
