This comfortable three-bedroom villa is located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan and has a capacity for six guests. Located just 200 metres from Kalamar Beach Club, this is an ideal villa for guests wishing to be very near the sea. The villa has two double and one twin en-suite bedrooms, all with spectacular sea view balconies. The master double bedroom access to a furnished roof terrace which also has fabulous coastal views.
The space
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has adjacent parking, and a wi-fi internet connection. The villa is some 2 km from the centre of Kalkan, but there are restaurants and a grocers shop 750 metres away. Taxis are plentiful however for getting into the centre of Kalkan. Parking space for two vehicles is available adjacent to the entrance.
Ground Floor
The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan modern kitchen / dining / lounge area which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, and a water dispenser. There is a dining table to seat 6.
First Floor
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both of which have luxury en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms share a balcony with magnificent sea views.
Second Floor
The top floor is where the master bedroom is located. This impressive bedroom has a king size bed and its own large roof terrace with sun loungers and seating area. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay and the islands beyond.

The pool terrace itself is well-equipped for outdoor living, with 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a cabana providing shade, and a dining area for six with portable BBQ. The infinity pool is 7m x 3.5m and is 1.55m deep. There are limited sea views from the pool terrace.
