Kasparis View Residence offers a stunning escape with breathtaking views stretching from the rolling hills all the way to the sea. This fully equipped 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home delivers both comfort and luxury, featuring spacious interiors, a modern kitchen, and inviting outdoor spaces designed for relaxation.
The private 4x11m swimming pool boasts panoramic views, while the outdoor areas include a bar, multiple lounging areas, a ping pong table, swing chairs, and more—perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. For added safety and peace of mind, the pool area is separated from the house and veranda gates provide safety, making it an excellent choice for families with young children.
Indoors, the home offers 5 well-appointed bedrooms, including 3 en-suite, and a jacuzzi with panoramic views. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, making them ideal for guests with mobility restrictions. The cozy indoor lounge features a wood-burning fireplace, with complimentary firewood provided.
