Welcome to this colourful and inviting family home nestled in the heart of Clapton, East London. Perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish and spacious base, this beautifully presented house combines warm, characterful interiors with a rare and expansive garden – ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
Spread across multiple floors, the home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub). The sleeping arrangements cater to all kinds of stays, with a mix of king, queen, double, and single beds, plus a bunk bed and a sofa bed being installed in July 2025 – ensuring even more comfort and flexibility for up to eleven guests.
Inside, you’ll find bright and welcoming living spaces filled with colourful touches and personal details. The cosy lounge area comes with a plush sofa and Smart TV – perfect for winding down after a day exploring. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including two ovens and a dishwasher, making home-cooked meals a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats eight and opens onto a stunning garden – a true London gem – complete with ample outdoor seating for morning coffees or alfresco dinners in the warmer months.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
