Very good, had a great time.

The rooms are large and clean, Six of us stayed and all very happy with our rooms. Large lounge area so perfect to gather together for games and pizza. We didn't self cater so can't comment on the kitchen. Negatives are the lounge area was very difficult to warm up, there was a lack of large drinking glasses and the baths didn't have plugs. Location is excellent, two tube stations in easy walk, lots of restaurants and cafes, mainly middle eastern and Turkish. Supermarkets in easy reach.

1st time doing VRBO. Didn't get instructions until day of reservation. They said they would meet us there. Upon arriving, place was dark and I assumed not there yet. I messaged them and told them we're on property. They messaged person and he opened door. Should have told me to knock on door. He gave basic info on locking door and check out instructions. Instructions for wifi was just scan for device but didnt give me password. I had to call again. No problems with heating. Faucet was broken in downstairs bathroom. Washer/dryer didn't come with instructions. Good sized rooms. Noises outside at 1am due to people loitering in front of house.

The photos in the listing look light, clean and everything looks new. I would say the photos look like a 10 but in reality it is more of a 4. The unit does have air conditioning units in most bedrooms but you have to leave the window open to use them bringing in all the noise on the street below. The unit is large for the area but I think they would be better to be honest with the photos. I asked the host if it was a good neighborhood before I arrived as it did not have any reviews. I was told it had been under renovation for 2 years and so it was new! If you take a look at the photos.. the carpet on the stairs is worn and has a big strange patch. The dinning room door to the back patio is welded shut... it is unusable. the bathroom in the master had a panel left exposed under the sink. A new tv was added to the until but they left the old one on the porch for most of our stay. the host was very nice when we checked in. Over all it was an okay stay.

Check in was not easy, we got an email the day off telling us to download an app, this did not work. On reaching out to the host they told us we don’t need the app, just to let them know what time we would be there and they would let us in. They were late and we spent a good amount of time waiting on the dark streetsThe properly was filthy, it has clearly never had a deep cleaning The kitchen had a leak in the ceiling and a towel had been placed on the countertop to collect the drips, it had been there for many days, the host told us it was not an issue and did nothing to fix it. The kitchen was also very dirty and there is not much in the way of equipment None of the windows lock, we did not feel safe in the property This listing says the property has air con, it has a couple of rolling units so you can only cool 2 rooms, they are not sufficient and the exhaust hoses kept falling off The area is extremely loud late into the night Many electrical sockets were faulty and lights would flicker, some electrical sockets were falling off the wallsBack door was welded shut and Handel removed so no access to the back yardIt was workable but very different to what you see in the listing
