Modern newly built penthouse in the Baviera Golf area, featuring a bright, open layout. It offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers, one of them en-suite. One bedroom includes a work desk, ideal for remote working (computer not included).

The living-dining area is integrated with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, etc.) and features a 45” Smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning throughout the property.

From the living room, you can access a spacious private terrace with outdoor furniture, electric awning, 4 sun loungers, a gas barbecue grill and a hydromassage jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is heated to 28 °C from June 1 to September 30, and to 31 °C the rest of the year for added comfort.

The residence includes a communal swimming pool open during the summer season (mid-June to mid-September), surrounded by artificial grass areas. The apartment also has an underground private parking space.

Located next to the entrance of Baviera Golf course, ideal for golf lovers. Less than 2 km from Caleta de Vélez beach, the marina, and promenade, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.

A vehicle is recommended, as the residential area is slightly secluded with no services within walking distance.

• Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
• Maximum capacity: 5 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited. Penalty up to €300.
• Trash: Guests must dispose of garbage in public containers. If unsure about the location, please ask us. Failure to comply may result in a €50 penalty.
• Kitchen: Used kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) must be left clean. Final cleaning does not include garbage removal or washing used items. Penalty up to €50 if not respected.
• Parties are not allowed. This includes loud gatherings, high-volume music, or disturbances during quiet hours (10:30 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Respect the property: Please treat the home as your own. Damaged or misused items will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Appliances: If anything doesn’t work properly, inform us promptly so we can fix it and ensure a comfortable stay.
• Glass not allowed inside or near the jacuzzi.
• Keys: 1 or 2 sets are provided. Loss of keys or lockouts may require lock replacement or locksmith service, charged to the guest.
• Bed linen and towels: Do not use them to remove makeup, clean wine, or other staining substances. Irreparably stained items will be charged.
