**Exceptional** I’ve been trying to come up with a review to encourage you to book this place, just bookmark it if available. Cleaner than a new hotel, crisp new bedding, plenty of space for our family with three kids. The place was renovated with care and attention to detail, it reminds me that people still care. The host was great and I hope that it is just as nice when we return to Athens next time. Exceeded expectations, thanks for having us!

Exceptional host! The location is very convenient and close proximity to grocery store is an added bonus. Elena was so reaponsive and took extra time to make sure all.of our questions and needs were attended to. She even went out of her way to leave us a birthday greeting and snacks..a nice touch. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to go Athens!

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks and it could not have been better. There are small amenities that are not listed in the description which were a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for grabbing a taxi or walking to many of the main attractions. The space would be perfect for a small family or a couple who is working on vacation. The apartment is modern and the pictures are not as nice as what you will see when you arrive. The view of the Parthenon is spectacular.

This was one of my most favorite stays every. It's in a residential neighborhood where Athens life really happens, not a tourist area. It's very walkable, there are grocery stores, resaurants, coffee shops, parks and bake shops on nearly every block or corner.The condo is beautiful. Watching sunsets over the acropolis is amazing. The balony, bedrooms and living spaces are very large.Tons of storage to keep luggage out of the way adds extra calm.Elina, our host is very very acomodating, friendly, and great to talk to.

A Stylish, Relaxed Stay with Acropolis Views

We stayed here for one night and had a really lovely experience. The flat is freshly renovated, beautifully designed, with eclectic touches throughout — from the carefully chosen ceramics to the great selection of coffee table books. The space feels thoughtfully put together, very welcoming, and spotlessly clean.The highlight for us was the spacious terrace, which offers a great view of the Acropolis — perfect for enjoying a chilled glass of wine in the evening. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the urban Athenian atmosphere.The hosts were fantastic — super friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. The location in Pagrati is also a big plus. It’s ideal if you want to be close to the center without being right in the middle of all the hustle and tourist crowds. The neighborhood feels lively and local, with a relaxed vibe and great cafes, restaurants, and little shops all around. We felt safe and at ease walking around, even at night.Would warmly recommend :)

This has been our finest VRBO rental experience ever. Our host could not have been more accommodating. The penthouse did indeed have an Acropolis view, as well as a pleasant, safe neighborhood in which to experience Athens. Bakery, groceries, coffee shops all within a couple blocks.The apartment was wonderfully stocked with practical items: laundry supplies, drying rack, tea, coffee, spices, cold water in the fridge, and even a basket of munchies as a welcome on our arrival. The penthouse was beautifully appointed with artistic furniture, room design, and ambiance.The veranda was heaven! Such a view, cooling awnings, greenery, we could have lived out there. The building was very secure, with multiple layers of security. Our host provided us with a 17-page user manual, sent 3 days prior to our arrival. It was thorough! And very, very helpful. Special note: Our host was very flexible with our arrangements, allowing for an early check-in, as well as allowing us to stay an additional day when our departure flight was suddenly cancelled. Her fees were very reasonable for all our special needs.Please believe me when I say our host’s personality and her beautiful accommodations made this a must-have rental!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub mit der Familie. Abends Sonnenuntergang neben der Akropolis, einfach prima. Wir haben die Tische etwas umgestellt und das Abendessen mit der super Aussicht genossen!Gleich uns Eck sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Cafés... Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass es nur eine Badewanne gibt und keine Duschabtrennung...Wir haben den Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen!!

This property used to be the house where I was born and grew up. It a unique penthouse as it is located in hip Pangrati area, just a few mins walk from the vibin' scene of Archelaou street. However it is situated in the most quiet of streets and offers spectacular views to the Acropolis and Lycabettus.

Thanks to its ideal location the Haute Athenian penthouse offers direct uninhibited views to the Acropolis from the comfort of the living room couch. The Haute Athenian pentouse veranda is privileged with breath-taking views of the Acropolis from the veranda lounge as well as monumental views of Lycabetus from the veranda dining area.
It is strategically situated on the 6th floor of a building located in the quiet part of Pangrati area, just a 5 minute walk from the breezy scene of Archelaou street, the National Gallery, the metro and public transportation that can take you anywhere around town or even to the Athens Riviera.
