The property is surrounded by over 3 hectares of lands made of palms, roses, and English grass; the garden features a private swimming pool of 20x6 mt, equipped with sunlounges, there are covered terraces equipped with tea tables and garden furniture where to relax and enjoy the peace or also enjoy al fresco meals.

The Interior of villa Exotic is divided in two houses, the first can accommodate up to 10 people, and is a large living room equipped with sofas, fireplace, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen; there are 5 double bedrooms in the house and are
Bedroom 1: double bed, private shower room, fire place and private outside area
Bedroom 2: double bed, (can become two single), ensuite bathroom with tub, fire place and outside private area.
Bedroom 3: private garden access, double bed, shower room, fireplace.
Bedroom 4: is a children room with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with tub
Bedroom 5: direct access to pool double bed, ensuite bathroom.
The second house can accommodate up to 13 people and features large living room as well as dining room and fully equipped kitchen plus a TV room. There are 7 bedrooms and are configured as follow:
Bedroom 1: garden access, double bed (can become two singles), ensuite bathroom with tub, fire place.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (can become double) ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, fire place and private terrace;
Bedroom 3: double bed, private bathroom, shower and tub, garden access, fire place
Bedroom 4: two singe beds, ensuite bathroom fire place and terrace
Bedroom 5: double bed, private bathroom with shower and tub, private terrace, fire place
Bedroom 6: the children room 3 single beds and include a bunk bed.
All bedrooms are air conditioned, there is free wifi, a ping pong table and shared tennis court. The house is fully staffed the team consist in cook, two maids, two butlers, and a night watchman.

Villa Exotic is located in the prestigious area of El Majal the Palms grove of Marrakech, less than 15 minutes form the center of city. Car is recommended

Rental rules
It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval
Cooking service is included. Cost of food is not included.
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
This property is self catering. In-house cooking can be arranged on request.
