The distance to the beach is only 8 minutes walking. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV and sofa bed. In the latter, two more people can be accommodated.

Along with the reservation, a private parking space is included, located in the same building.
From the living room, there is access to a 34 m2 private terrace with artificial grass. There is an area with sun loungers, a table and several chairs. This space is ideal to enjoy lunch and/or dinner outdoors.

On the roof of the building, there is a swimming pool and a solarium for community use. From there, the views towards the sea are beautiful.

As indicated at the beginning of the description, the distance to La Ribera Beach is only 8 minutes walking. Approximately a 10-minute walk away is the Luanco pier, where the terraces and different hospitality establishments attract crowds of people for their color, vitality and gastronomic offer. Also, and very close because we are in the center, there is access to all types of urban services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stations, cultural complexes, etc.
