• Kitchen / Living Area: Open-plan space featuring a sofa, TV unit, and dining area by a bay window, with wood flooring throughout and leafy views
• Bedroom: Located at the rear of the home, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and sloped ceilings for added character
