Located in vibrant Maida Hill, this thoughtfully designed ground floor, two-bedroom flat offers a stylish and welcoming base in West London. With a smart layout, tasteful interiors and a private courtyard for morning coffee or evening drinks, the home comfortably sleeps up to four guests and provides easy access to nearby transport and popular London attractions.
The Space:
• Bedrooms: The main bedroom features a bay window with shutters, a double bed, and calming, neutral tones. The second bedroom is cosy and well-presented with a double bed, ideal for children or additional guests
• Bathroom: Recently renovated with soft green tiles, brass fittings and a walk-in shower
• Reception room: This room has an inviting sofa, TV, and dining table for four, with French doors that open directly onto the courtyard.
• Kitchen: Separate kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave and washing machine
• Outdoor space: Private courtyard with a small table and two chairs, perfect for a peaceful break outside.
Guest Access:
The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Maida Hill offers a great mix of local cafés, bakeries and shops, especially along nearby Elgin Avenue and Salusbury Road. Little Venice and the Regent’s Canal are just under 20 minutes on foot, while Notting Hill and Portobello Road are easily reached by bus or tube. Oxford Circus is around 25 minutes away by Bakerloo line.
Getting Around:
Queen’s Park Station (Bakerloo line and Overground) is a 10-minute walk from the property. Westbourne Park (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) is also within walking distance. Several bus routes run along Harrow Road, just a couple of minutes away on foot. Additionally, there are uber and taxi services operating in the area.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the apartment. We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.
