Dies ist ein 100 Jahre altes Zuhause des W. H. Lachsfamilie von Harnett County. Das Haus wurde renoviert und liegt auf 62 Hektar Ackerland. Die Anbaufläche wird derzeit für die Landwirtschaft und Heimat der Pferde des Lachses genutzt. Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr komfortabel, aber dies ist ein Ort, an dem Sie Ruhe und Entspannung finden können, während Sie sich die Farm anschauen oder den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Deck genießen. Perfect location

This was the perfect option for us as we visited family in the area. We felt right at home and the house was incredibly clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed just having coffee on the porch in the morning and viewing the beautiful scenery.

Terrific stay. Awesome older (but renovated) farmhouse. Super nice host.

Would certainly stay again. House had everything we needed for my wife and I and three adult children that stayed with us. Very clean and well kept. Property is located in an open, rural setting, but is only 10 minutes from Lillington where you can find all of what you might need: restaurants, grocery, etc. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful home and beautiful property. But the best part were things you don’t see. You can feel the family history in this home, there is a warmth you feel just walking in. Perfect Stay

This is a lovingly restored 101 year old farmhouse sitting on 62 acres. The house is beautiful as is the setting. I have never seen a VRBO rental so well equipped. It is very comfortable, very quiet and yet only a few miles from anything you might need. The host is super nice and helpful and met us at check-in to show us around and answer any questions. Front porch is perfect place to enjoy coffee while also enjoying the rocking chairs. Hope we get to stay here every time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful time here! We had a short 3 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We had 2 infants with us who absolutely loved the horses. The deck was perfect for barbequing and relaxing. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely check if Darrell's property is available first!

Perfect location for a family getaway weekend

My husband and I, along with my mother, stayed at the Salmon farmhouse for a long weekend to visit our kids and grands who live in Sanford. Oh, we only wish we would have found this spot 8 years ago when our kids were posted to Fort Bragg! The location is perfect, the house is extremely clean and well-maintained, the property is beautifully landscaped, and Darrell, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is supplied with everything you might possibly need---from dishes to cookware to paper products and staples. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on! Darrell also met us at the horse pasture and let our grandkids get acquainted with the horses. They loved it! If you are in the Fort Bragg/Lillington area and need a place to stay, pass on the hotels and contact Darrell. You will have a wonderfully refreshing and peaceful visit.
