PANORAMIC APARTMENT WITH BEACH VIEWS, POOL AND LARGE TERRACE:
The PANORAMIC residential complex is located on the pedestrian promenade of Miami Playa, with a children's playground, gym, rest and relaxation areas, opposite CALA PEYALS and CALA VIENESSOS (access by stairs) in a private residence with a swimming pool on the beachfront, ideal for enjoying your holidays with friends or family looking for tranquility, a few meters from bus stops, within walking distance of shops.

The apartments are rented with bed linen. (optional towels at €4 per person).

The parking is private and large, under the residential complex.WIFI is included.

The accommodation:

Nice fully equipped apartment. Located in a private residence. The house consists of:

- 1 double bedroom (135 cm double bed), built-in wardrobe and window to the terrace with sea and pool views.

- 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), built-in wardrobe and window to the terrace with sea and pool views.

- Dining room with sofa bed, television and air conditioning through ducts throughout the apartment

- 1 bathroom with full shower.

-Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need

- Communal swimming pool for adults and children

- Large private parking (assigned space)

- Beautiful garden area with palm trees and access to the promenade and beach.

- 1 furnished terrace with views of the beach and pool

The surroundings:

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic holiday.

50 m to the beach, 600 m to the town center, 30 km to the airport, 30 km to PORT AVENTURA, 100 m to the supermarket, 200 m to the bus station, nudist tourism, family tourism, charming accommodation

Additional information:

Pets are NOT allowed, smoking is NOT allowed inside (if on the terrace)

House rules:

1º. We are available for any questions with the aim of having a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets (towels optional at 4€ per person).

3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 to 20:00)

Check-in time at the apartment: from 16:30 (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).

Check-out time from the apartment: no later than 11:00

4º. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it when you leave, the kitchen must be left in its place, dishes washed and no rubbish.

5º. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbours.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of all guests and sign the contract.

7th. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).
