Xlendi Seaside Escape

Located in the charming coastal village of Xlendi, Gozo, this cozy 1-bedroom retreat offers the perfect escape for a tranquil seaside getaway. House guidelines:

• At certain times of the year, ants and mosquitoes are a common problem on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but you may want to pack additional mosquito protection. Please do your part to reduce ants by keeping food sealed and kitchen surfaces clean.

• Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.

•. There is not a remote for the TV. You switch it on manually at the power button on top of the TV. Then you turn on the MyStick remote and the channels come up (Netflix etc)

• No parties or loud noises. This apartment is located in a quiet area and it is important to respect our neighbours by keeping noise down, especially when entering and leaving the building and always after 11pm.

• Our Tourism License does not permit us to allow external guests without written approval.

• The septic system is effective and works well – unless improper materials are flushed. Feminine products, nappies and wipes should be disposed of in the bin, and the only thing flushed should be toilet tissue.

• The cleaning fee covers a general cleaning upon check-out. To avoid additional charges, please keep the apartment reasonably clean and wash any dirty dishes before departure. Please dispose of garbage in the bins provided.

• You can check in any time from 4pm to Midnight. Check-out is at 10am on day of departure.
