Villa Del Fjordo

Villa del Fiordo is a beautiful 2-story house of 200 square meters. It was built right over the cliffs, observing their natural form. It is located at 2 km from the centre of Praiano, on the Amalfi Coast. In about 15 minutes you reach the pebble beach of Marina La Praia with its bars, a scuba diving school, a boat rental service and several restaurants, where you can taste the delicious local seafood. Villa del Fiordo provides a parking for 2 cars. The bus stop is at 5 minutes from the gate. Villa has a swimming pool and a direct access to the sea. Here you have a platform with sun beds and an external shower. The pool is shared with another villa. The garden is rich of lemon trees and bougainvilleas. To reach the house you have to go down 30 steps.
Villa del Fiordo is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is a dining room with access to the panoramic terrace, a large living room paved with beautiful tiles of Vietri. It is furnished with tables, chairs, armchairs and a sofa which unfolds into a double divan bed. The terrace is partly shaded by a roof of bamboo. A perfect place to dine, admiring the spectacular sunsets, the Gulf of Salerno and the old Saracen Tower of Praiano. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge and freezer and a gas cooker.
On the first floor there is a large living room with sea view, two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer and a double bedroom with tub, shower and hair dryer. All bedrooms are facing the sea and are have their own balcony.
The whole house is air conditioned and has internet wi-fi. The pool is open from the end of March till the end of September. Pets are not allowed.
