The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional guest.

It features a bright, open kitchen fully equipped for preparing delightful meals. After a day of exploring the nearby Castle Aurolzmünster—a must-see historical treasure just a short walk away—you can unwind and relax in the inviting living area.

You will also have access to free parking on premises and exclusive vouchers for local spas and thermal baths, perfect for elevating your relaxation experience. Saturdays & Sundays Breakfast can be enjoyed in Schlosscafé 1925 between 8-14h.

*Cleaning Policy:
The apartment will be cleaned only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Redeem Your Reservation:
All important information (reservation details, Google maps directions) can be found in your Arbio Reservation Page — including a special feature you’ll need in order to enter your accommodation without downloading an app. All guests will get access via message (24h upon arrival).

Please note that you need to access your Reservation Page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
