Place was as advertised. Very nice place for a family well equiped and had everything you needed including beach chairs Only issue i had was fan in bathroom didnt work and fan in front bedroom sounded like a alarm. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Best vacation ever!

Easy checkin and perfect for our family of five. So much space and beautiful views. We loved the everything about this place; enjoying coffee in the balcony, evening swimming, roosters and geckos! It is positioned near restaurants, the beach, shopping and grocery store. So perfect! When we visit Kauai again we will definitely be staying here!

GREAT location and property!

We were so impressed with the property! It had everything we needed and the management company was extremely responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Even the neighbors below us were friendly and accepted the fact our 4 kids weren't the quietest at times. The pool area was fantastic and offered a great spot to BBQ or hang out. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Wonderful Poipu condo!!!

We loved our stay in the roomy and comfortable condo! The community had many amenities, it was quiet, lots of foliage, sidewalks, parking, and wonderful location close to shopping, food, beaches! The condo was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which gave everyone space and privacy! Loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the foliage! Thankful for the cool AC on hot days! Everything we needed was here and greatly enjoyed by all!Beach supplies were nice and washer and dryer a bonus! Loved the area of Poipu and saw Sea turtles sunning, Hawaiian Monk Seal swimming.Great snorkeling on many beaches around the island! Costco was a great bonus! Great for families!

Great stay!!

We loved our time at Pili Mai. The property management company communicated very well and check in/out was easy. The cooler was missing from our unit, I texted them and they delivered a new one first thing the next morning. The community was beautiful and well maintained. No complaints!

Lots of room and good layout

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was perfect for our large family and having three bedrooms and three full baths was wonderful. We had an issue with the AC being loud at one point but as soon as we notified them, they were quick to correct it. Check in was easy and communication was great. The location was nice too. Not right on the beach but still in a good and easy spot to get around.

Great space for 6-8 people. Very clean, kitchen very user friendly and open to living room. Good pool. 4 beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Mattresses were too soft for us, but everyone is different. Mile walk to beach or quick drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property in great location!

This property was awesome. In great location, close to places to eat, could walk to beach, had a great pool! Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The only negative was air conditioning just didn't keep all the rooms cool. Had plenty of fans so that helped. Still would stay here without hesitation. Very clean and super nice!

Comfortable stay, centrally located

My family had wonderful time during our visit to Kauai in this beautiful condo. The community was close to beaches, market, old town and centrally located for other attractions. The one thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the apartment, from bath tubs to kitchen to carpet, everything felt bit dirty. The apartment wasn’t ready for check-in until 3:30pm. But I would still recommend given the location and rest of the comfortable stay.

Nice property. Unfortunately the closets were all filled with chairs, boogie boards etc, that we had to shlep out and leave in the hallway to have closet space. The screen door was broken on the porch when we arrived. We would have loved to enjoyed the island breezes flowing through the condo instead of having to run the air conditioning (which temperature was very difficult to control)

Great property in excellent location

Clean, spacious and well stocked property in an excellent location. Had minor issues with back lock and water dispenser however property management provided great customer service. They were over within a few hours to fix the problem. Only one car can park in driveway. Garage is not accessible for use. I was a bit worried on finding parking for second vehicle however never had issues with second car in visitor parking. Beach gear was very helpful. Would be ideal if it could be stored in garage rather than bringing it upstairs in the unit. Overall, great location being close to beach and shops. Would stay here again.
