The Space:

The villa’s upper level features a fully glazed, air-conditioned living room with a large sofa, coffee table, HD-TV, DVD player, Dish Network, and an iPod dock, all under a mansard ceiling that enhances the sense of volume. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an electric oven, induction cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and electric kettle. The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace seats six guests at a rectangular wooden table and includes a gas barbecue. A cozy outdoor lounge area offers additional space for relaxation while enjoying the ocean views.

The lower level opens to a large terrace with a heated lagoon-colored pool and six sun loungers, offering a breathtaking view of Flamands Beach, the ocean, and the island of Bonhomme. The terrace is surrounded by lush greenery and wooden decking, creating a serene environment. All three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on this level. The first bedroom features a queen bed (convertible into twin beds), an en-suite bathroom with a rain and regular shower, double sinks, and an ocean view. The second and third bedrooms, also with queen beds convertible to twins, share a bathroom equipped with a rain and regular shower and double sinks. All bedrooms include a telephone and safe.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the upper-level living areas, kitchen, covered terrace with dining and lounge spaces, the lower-level bedrooms and bathrooms, and the heated swimming pool with surrounding terrace and sun loungers.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the gated Roc Flamands estate, the villa is just a short walk from the beautiful Flamands Beach. The peaceful neighborhood offers ocean and beach views, enhanced by tropical vegetation and a quiet, upscale atmosphere.



Getting Around:

The area is best accessed by rental car, as it allows guests to easily explore the island and reach nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops.

Other Things to Note:

The outdoor heated swimming pool is operational from November 15 to April 30, with water temperatures maintained between 27°C and 30°C depending on external weather. Exceptional weather conditions or technical issues may affect this, and the owner is not liable if temperatures fall below the stated range despite normal precautions.

Air conditioning is available and should be used responsibly. Keeping windows and doors closed while in use and turning the system off when not at the property is required. Excessive or inappropriate use may result in deductions from the security deposit. If a breakdown occurs not due to tenant misuse, the owner will make repairs promptly. No compensation will be provided unless the system is unusable for over 48 hours during high temperatures.

Free Wi-Fi is included for reasonable and lawful use. The owner is not liable for outages due to external provider issues or maintenance.
