Llwyngwinau Isaf Barn, a reverse-level cottage on a working farm, consists of a kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for ten guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, pool table and balcony. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles, king-size with Juliet balcony, and two ground-floor twins. There are two ground-floor shower rooms. WiFi, fuel, power, log starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravel, lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, and children’s play area with trampoline, plus off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs only are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250 - payment of the GHB must be made prior to your arrival.
