Visit Merlin's Hill Centre, steeped in history and shrouded in mystery, where legend has it that Merlin lies imprisoned inside the hill. With the famous Boat House of Dylan Thomas at Laugharne, the many castles and museums to explore, the wonderful sandy beaches of Carmarthen and Cardigan coastlines, National Botanic Gardens, the Wetland Centre or the famous Gwili Steam Railway all within a short drive makes this area a great base for a wonderful family holiday.
