We were very disappointed in this accommodation and would not return. We were previously sent a message from the host (CityMax) to "meet us" at the property. When we arrived on a Monday aft at 2pm there was no one there to meet us, the CityMax office on the ground floor was closed and we had not been sent codes to gain access to the property. We called the number provided by the host and no one answered. We called a second time and someone picked up and provided us the entry codes (which we had been told would be sent prior to our arrival).Staircase up the the flat on the 4th floor was very steep and winding and it was very difficult to climb with a heavy suitcase. No lift in the building. The lights in the staircase are controlled by motion sensors but one of the sensors or lights was not working, which meant each time we used the stairs we were ascending/descending for a brief period in darkness, which could be a serious falling hazard.Photos on the website are not photos of the flat we were given...possibly photos of another flat in the building. Photos include an image of a kitchen with a full stove...the flat only had a cooktop. Aside from one narrow cupboard for shirts, there was no place to store clothes. The ceiling lights were on the same switch, and since there was no other lighting source (i.e. no lamps) you either had full light or no light.In addition...⁃ mattress uncomfortable- wet toilet roll under bathroom sink with mold- toilet seat not secured
