A stair brings up to a landing with a sofa-bed and access to the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second flat is on a single level but still there are a few steps to access it. Entrance in the lounge-kitchen, on one side a bedroom and on the other a small bathroom. Laundry room independent from both flats. The flats are at the ground floor of a property and are accessible with its own car ramp. Wide terrace outside, ideal for eating with a breathtaking views of lake Iseo, the vines of the Franciacorta and the castle on the hill in front across the meandering river.
