This modern and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is set within a quiet and safe development and is located within easy reach of Leeds city centre. The apartment has everything required for up to 5 guests (with use of the sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, 2 clean and modern bathrooms (1 has a bath) with complimentary toiletries and towels, 2 spacious bedrooms and high speed Wifi throughout.
The Space:
This bright and spacious interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 5 guests to live in comfort. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large sofa and smart TV. There is also a balcony that can be accessed from the living space and master bedroom - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes, large windows and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There's a large family bathroom with a shower over bath, and the master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room. Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 4 or 5 guests when booking)

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located just a 15 minute walk from central Leeds, where you will find an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will find Kirkgate Market, Trinity and Victoria shopping centres, O2 Academy Leeds, Leeds Playhouse Theatre, Leeds city Museum and the Henry Moore institute. Leeds Train Station is a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Being in such a prime location, the city is easily explored on foot. Leeds train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There is a bus stop just around the corner from the apartment with regular busses into the centre taking just 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Free overnight parking in front and towards the back of the apartment building (York Road and Shannon Street). Free limited parking slots during the day in front of the building.
There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 4 or 5 guests when booking)
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
