The Space:

Step inside and you'll find a space full of character—cozy and warm, with original touches that reflect the history and charm of Sitges.



The heart of the home is the beautiful, lush private garden—an oasis of calm where birdsong greets you each morning. It's the perfect spot for sharing long breakfasts under the trees, reading in the afternoon sun, or gathering with loved ones in the evening light.



The house is thoughtfully laid out for comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, you’ll find one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, along with a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second floor features two cozy double bedrooms and a cheerful children’s room with bunk beds. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for families with young children or those who enjoy a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.



You’ll enjoy modern conveniences like air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, all while being surrounded by a warm, rustic design that invites you to slow down and feel at home.

The house is ideal for families and respectful groups looking to enjoy Sitges in a calm, residential setting. Please note that this is not a party property—we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. The garden is a peaceful retreat, and we hope you’ll treat it with care. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your comfort.



Guest Access:

The house is entirely private—no shared spaces—so you can relax and enjoy your stay in complete comfort and tranquility.



Other Things to Note:

TASA TURÍSTICA: Obligatoria e impuesta por la Generalitat de Cataluña de 6,88 € por noche. Se cobrará al momento del check-in a cada huésped mayor de 17 años por un máximo de 7 noches.



CHECK-IN: Importante 👉 El check-in solo se puede realizar a partir de las 17:00 y hasta las 23.00.



CHECK-IN TARDÍO: Entre las 21.00 y las 23.00: 60 €



CHECK-OUT TARDÍO: (después de las 11:00) Sujeto a disponibilidad. Si desea realizar un check-out tardío, debe informarnos y le confirmaremos si es posible.



MASCOTAS: Su mascota es bienvenida 🐾. Por favor, infórmenos con antelación y tenga en cuenta que se aplicarán los siguientes cargos al momento del check-in:



Depósito de seguridad de 150 €, totalmente reembolsable siempre que no se produzcan daños en el apartamento.



Cargo por mascota de 50 € por limpieza adicional.
