Brighton Lanes Flat near Beach
My Flat is located in the Heart of Brighton. Moments from the famous Brighton Lanes, a few minutes walking distance to the Beach, Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Palace Pier and the i360.
We are within walking distance of the Train Station. A multitude of local eclectic shops are at your disposal just downstairs in the famous Lanes.
Brighton Pavilion Gardens are located just behind our building, a lovely place to relax.
Good, honest accommodation.
We are in a 1930 Art Deco building with lifts. My Flat is on the first floor of the building.
The entrance hall has double doors into the spacious Living room & open plan Kitchen. Very large Art Deco windows to the front of the building.
- Double bedroom with a comfy bed, bedside tables and abuilt in wardrobe.
- Full bathroom with shower enclosure.
- Free Wi-Fi
- Self- check in anytime of the day or night is available.
- PARKING - On street parking can be arrange at a small cost per day. There are no spaces by the Lanes where we are as many streets around us are pedestrianised. You will need to park nearby and walk 5-6 min to the flat. Do get in touch and I can explain. It is possible to stop your car near the flat to unload bags.
Public transport is excellent in Brighton & Hove. You may wish to leave your car and Home. The train station 6-8min walking distance to my Flat.
I do have a little table and chairs in the living room which is not shown on the photos.
My kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. All the basics you need for a light meal are available however, we extremely spoilt in Brighton with more than 390 cafes, 400 restaurants and 340 Pubs!!!
We are right in the centre of Brighton - 'in the thick of it' - There can be city noise and I do recommend bringing ear plugs to ensure you have a good night' sleep, if you are sensitive to city noises.

We are in a 1930's Art Deco Building with stunning Art Deco listed windows. Being right in the Heart of Brighton, next to the famous Lanes, it can be noisy sometimes. If you are sensitive to city noises I recommend bringing ear plugs to ensure you have a good night's rest.
