Tucked away in a vibrant corner of South East London, this stylish one-bedroom flat offers a cosy and comfortable retreat for two guests. Thoughtfully designed to make the most of its space, the flat balances modern features with inviting touches, perfect for short stays or longer getaways.
Situated on the first floor, the flat features a bright double bedroom with a comfortable bed, slightly raised to create a sense of space without compromising on comfort. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath combination, ideal for refreshing mornings or unwinding evenings.
The open-plan living area includes an L-shaped sofa perfect for lounging, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, and a relaxed dining space that includes both a formal dining area and casual countertop seating. A highlight of the property is its private terrace, a rare find in the city, offering a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
