The property has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, TV and a comfortable dressing room; the second bedroom with double bed and direct access to the upper terrace, also accessible from the landing. There is a full bathroom with shower and an additional toilet, ideal for long stays or family stays.

The exterior area includes a private swimming pool, sunbathing area and a table with chairs for outdoor dining. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with 65" Smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the pool. It has an integrated kitchen in the living room fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.

In addition, the property has fibre optic WiFi (600mb), ideal for working remotely. You will also be able to enjoy a private gym, perfect for maintaining your exercise routine during your stay.
Strategically located between the north and south of the island, with good motorway connections and all services just a few minutes away: supermarkets, restaurants, leisure and beaches such as Radazul or Bocacangrejo. A house designed to enjoy Tenerife with all the comforts.
