A lovely modern one bed apartment situated in Swansea's popular Copper Quarter.
Ideally located within walking distance to an array of shops and the Liberty Stadium. Only a short distance from the City Centre this is the perfect place to stay with the benefit of a relaxing riverside location with picturesque walks and off-road parking.
The apartment is situated beside a river with footpath and cycle path running alongside. It has an outside balcony with a table and chairs with mountain views. There is an undercover parking space allocated to the apartment and plenty of visitor parking. The front door is accessed via steps or a ramp and there is a lift to the 1st floor apartment. There are wardrobes with hangers, an iron, hairdryer, cooking facilities, broadband and TV. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for the 3rd and 4th guest.
