Step into a modern retreat designed for both comfort and style, where soft natural light pours in through expansive windows and every corner is thoughtfully curated with contemporary finishes. Whether you are staying for work, leisure, or a bit of both, this apartment offers a peaceful and practical base to unwind and enjoy city living.
This elegant home features three generously sized bedrooms, each fitted with luxurious king size beds and plush bedding to ensure a restful nights sleep. The apartment includes two beautifully finished bathrooms: one is a full bathroom with a deep bathtub for soaking, and the other offers a sleek walk-in shower with brass fixtures – perfect for a quick refresh.
The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and furnished with a cosy sofa, stylish armchairs, and a flat screen TV – ideal for relaxing after a day out. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six, making it suitable for both everyday meals and informal entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, along with all essential cookware and tableware.
Outside, guests can enjoy the use of outdoor furniture – perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the city surroundings.
Our property features a state-of-the-art gym and a yoga room, both available for guest use. Whether you’re looking to maintain your fitness routine or unwind with some relaxing stretches, these well-equipped spaces are designed to cater to all levels of experience.
Located in a vibrant neighbourhood, the property is just a short walk from a variety of local amenities including grocery stores, independent cafes, restaurants, and leafy parks. It is an ideal spot for those looking to explore local life or enjoy the calm of residential London. Excellent transport connections are nearby, providing easy and quick access to central London and beyond – whether you are heading out for meetings, sightseeing, or shopping.
The Location
The Sessile can be found in the N17 postcode with fantastic transport links. Nearby is Tottenham Hale station on the Victoria Line underground with its regular service into central London taking 15 minutes. Additionally, the Victoria Line operates 24 hours on weekends. Alternatively, there are buses to all parts of London. For sports fans, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is within easy reach. Tottenham Hale is a gateway to the sprawling Walthamstow Wetlands nature reserve, where reservoirs and marshes are home to many rare birds and wildlife. Also, from The Sessile, guests can sip coffee on Makefield Road, and enjoy a pint in grain-to-can breweries or cuisine from around the world in one of its many restaurants. London’s Stansted Airport is about 30-40 minutes away.
