Welcome to our apartment in the Plaza Mayor of Xerta, a charming accommodation that combines the character of a traditional Catalan house over 200 years old with the comfort and aesthetics of a warm, modern home. Located on the second floor, this carefully renovated apartment is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind in a natural and authentic setting.
The apartment has been recently renovated, preserving the building's original structure but providing a modern and functional decor, with parquet floors and wooden furniture that bring warmth to every room. All rooms enjoy natural light thanks to their large windows overlooking a quiet street in the town center, ensuring rest and peace throughout your stay.
It has three rooms and a maximum capacity of five people:
A double room with two single beds that can be joined to form a spacious double bed. This room is especially designed for little ones, as it features PlayMobil toys, children's books, and board games.

A second bedroom with a double bed , ideal for relaxing as a couple.

A third bedroom with a larger single bed , perfect for an adult or child.

If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib, a foldable baby bath, and other baby items upon request. As we live on the ground floor of the same building, we're available to provide any additional supplies you might need during your stay.
The apartment's main living space is a spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated living-dining room with an open kitchen. It's a comfortable and welcoming space for sharing meals, relaxing, or planning your trips around the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, and everything you need for short or long stays. In the living room, you'll find a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms , ensuring comfort even on the hottest days.
The full bathroom has a shower, towels, a hairdryer and straightener, and basic toiletries, all designed so you don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.
We are located in the heart of Xerta , in the same square where the pharmacy, several bars with terraces and the church are located. Just steps away are a supermarket, a grocery store, and a bakery-café serving fresh bread, pastries, and traditional sweets every morning. There is also free parking nearby, with easy access, and a medical center.
During the summer months, the town has municipal swimming pools with a grassy area and a bar-restaurant, perfect for spending the day with the family. Xerta is also home to one of the most beautiful and accessible sections of the Val de Zafán Greenway , ideal for exploring by bike or on foot. In the surrounding area, you can also enjoy the Ebro River, outdoor activities, horseback riding, and the rich local cuisine—including Villa Retiro, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the town.
If you enjoy sports, Xerta is also a perfect place for running, trail running, road cycling, or mountain biking , with numerous marked routes and leisurely trails, both flat and hilly, surrounded by spectacular natural landscapes. The combination of river, mountains, and plains makes it an ideal setting for training or simply enjoying outdoor physical activity.
The apartment's location is ideal for exploring the Terres de l'Ebre , the Ebro Delta Natural Park , the Ports de Tortosa-Beseit Natural Park, or the Terra Alta wine-growing region. All within a 30-minute drive. Tortosa is just 12 km away and offers more cultural, shopping, and dining options.
🔸 Important : The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator . The stairs are wide and comfortable, but this is a detail to keep in mind if anyone has limited mobility.
