Tenants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Getaway Acres, LLC, or the Tate Family and/or their agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by tenants or to any property belonging to tenants while participating in the activities or while on or upon the rented premises. The Tate family means Mark Tate Jr., Jeanne Tate, David Tate, Julie Tate, Anthony Corbin, and any other relative (by blood or marriage) of the aforementioned individuals and their successors. This shall bind tenants, family members or guests of the tenants, and tenants' personal representatives. This waiver and release includes any claims based on the negligence, actions, or inaction of any of the Released Parties and covers bodily injury and property damage.
